Hotkey to drop warp points while track is playing?

Hi guys. So I'm trying to do a DNB mix in Ableton, and the warping is all messed up. I've read some tutorials that say I should erase the auto warp points and drop warp points on the 1 beats. The only way I can find to do this is to scroll on the waveform to the 1 beat and double click on the warp point area. Is there a key I can press to just drop the warp points in while the track is playing? I just want to play the track and "tap out" the beats. Any other good mixing/beatmatching tips? Thanks for the help!
