Hi
I have Clip launch default as Toggle in preferences, but if I drag a clip from the library it always defaults as trigger; why ??

You need to press the Save button inside the clip. Setting like these are stored in the .asd file that you find in the same folder the sample came from. As long as you keep those files together, the sample will always load with the settings you saved.

Thanks for the reply; so in any material I create myself I have the ability to save the Clip data; which I didn't know about so thanks for that !
But, if I choose to drag a file from the Live Library it will still default to trigger...Surely it would be better if my settings override the pre-saved settings?
It just interrupts my work flow, especially with Launchpad, as I am trying to avoid touching the Laptop...
Seems that toggle should be the default rather than trigger, or maybe toggle just suits the way I work?
