I am looking to buy an audio interface for my mac, and I've been doing alot of reseach on it. So what would you guys recommend? what are your thought on M-audio?

what're you using it for? how many i/o? if i only needed 2 i/os i'd get the apogee duet but again we dont know what you need exactly so hard to say.

Well i was just looking into getting the m-audio fast track pro. It seems perfect for me. It will suit all my needs. It's $250. Not too bad. I was just wondering what your opinions were on m-audio. I think I've made my decision though.

Well, you'll buy an M-audio, but I can guarantee you that in a couple of years you will buy a better one.

My FTP crashed randomly from the start then after about 2 years started putting out really loud white noise whenever it felt like it.

When it worked mind you, the pre-amps were useable and had very low latency.

With a similar budget in mind today.... I'd more than likely go for the new Focusrite Saffire 6 USB.
