I NEED HELP..my audio is comming late... !!!!

i got a little problem that i like to get some help with.. It´s an Audio problem.
When i click on a wav sound lika a drum to listen to it, it start to play like 2 seconds after i clicked it. .. its the same when i hit play or stop, it takes like 2 seconds to get a respond from ableton.. ..but when i start a new project it works fine...any one got a clue on what i should do, i have probably press some button to make it that way, but i dont want it that way...

It's quantizing it based on the selection at the top, probably 1 or 2 bars. This means that it waits until the 1 to start and stop. It doesn't happen on a new set because when you start a new set the counter is stopped at 0.0 and when you press play on the clip it starts the counter and now every action will stop and start based on the global setting.

Change this to 'None' if you want quantization off. You can also do this at the clip level.

thanks for the help..that was the problem..i didn´t think of that..now i know how i changed it, i missed the R key (CTRL r)and pressed 4 insted.. but its still a bit late evrything is like one kick late ( 4 kicks in a bar) eierd...any ideas???

i found my problem...its my Fabfilters that are slowing my drums and shit down a bit...damn.....
