I NEED HELP..my audio is comming late... !!!!

i got a little problem that i like to get some help with.. It´s an Audio problem.
When i click on a wav sound lika a drum to listen to it, it start to play like 2 seconds after i clicked it... its the same when i start to play my song in ableton it start playing a Bar late if u know what i mean..but when i start a new project it works fine...any one got a clue on what i should do, i have probably press some button to make it that way, but i dont want it that way...

Check your global quantization settings up top. You probably changed the settings accidentally.

that was probably the problem, thanks mate...but it still running a bit late, like one kick late if u know what i mean...have any ideas??
