Open the source set in the file explorer and then drag and drop the tracks into the current set. These will include all clips etc. from both session and arrangement views.

t.y.

I'll try when I come home from work.

this will make a copy of the data imported or just a reference?

(if I import from a project on a external hd, when i will use live 'offline' from those hd, the data will be available?)

Isn't everything only referenced until you do a collect and save?

Ok. If that is the way you like to work you should do a collect and save every now and then to ensure your projects files are accessible at all times. What this does is copy all of the files that your project uses into it's own folder.

You should also on occasion do a clean up of the project to remove any un-used files. There is an option on the file menu, I think it is called 'Manage Project'. This will anaylse your project and tell you how much disk space etc. your project is using and also tells you what files are not being used so you can delete them and reclaim some disk space.
