Alesis StudioDock NOT compatible with ipad2!!!

this really sucks...

I was waiting for the ipad along with the StudioDock. My only hope is that somebody else takes the chance on making a similar product that will become obsolete when Apple slightly changed the size and shape of the ipad3!!!

While Sweetwater just added that verbiage on their product description over the weekend, I'm gonna wait for the official word from Alesis. I can't believe they wouldn't support the iPad2 right out of the gate.
I came for the :lol:
But stayed for the :x

I agree - its somewhat unbelievable... hoping its untrue.
