Not the same, but I've made an eq rack which contains an eq8 between 2 spectrums.

GlissEQ does the same thing, far as I can tell.

It regularly causes crashes for me so I stopped using it, but it's a shame because I like it a lot.

I have been requesting this as a feature for years now and even requested it as a buyable instrument to offset the development costs. Maybe it is time for more of us to bump this idea in Feature Wishlist forum.

It even looks like an ableton plug. Ableton/Reaktor style. It doesnt match the fruityloops gui. This shold be with us. Ive known about this plug for years. Unfortionally its not a vst. Some other of the Image Line plugs are vsts. Like Drummax.

+1 For FabFilter Pro Q. Its been the main 3rd party plug for me since it was relleased.

Pro-Q is good when it behaves, however do listen carefully to the end result if you pushing heavy sub bass through it on latency modes - sometimes you may get very quiet high end crackling. Max latency mode seems ok. (FF are aware of the issue).

I love Pro-Q, definitely my favorite eq plug, and their Pro-C compressor has become my favorite compressor, too. Quality stuff.

But yeah, the spectrum display on EQ should be standard by now...but that's why we have cool modern 3rd party plugs, I guess.
