How Do i Make The chopped and SCrewed Effect On a Vocal Samp

Any help would be great, I just cant seem to Figure it out, I try using warp But it doesnt come out the way i would like it too, I wanna Slow it down a bit but mainly affect the pitch i guess you would say? I dunno Pretty Much exactly What Dj screw was famous for.

Transpose does this. (located in the clip section)

not sure what you want but try beat repeat, or download (free) dblue glitch

Lol its the Slowed Down Vocal effect, Its clean and smooth though, and tone drops in the voice like when you turn off the table and the record slows down

pitch it down, slow it down, and use beat repeat set around 1/4

Do i have to Pitch and slow it down prior to putting it onto its own track slot?

I guess that ok.ultra meant that you have to slow down and pitch down the sample as it is playing the part on which you want the effect, while using beat repeat

this VST has a "slow" effect that could help you as well:
