I'm not sure if this is a feature (I'm new w/ live), but I haven't been able to find this answer anywhere else.
I wish there was a way to scroll through playing clips. On my Launchpad, I have Loop On/Off, Begin Loop and End Loop assigned to 3 buttons. These will only control the looping on the selected clip that appears on the bottom of the screen. So if I'm looking at a clip on Track 1, but want to loop a playing clip on Track 2, I need to click on the playing clip on Track 2, do my looping, then click back to the clip on Track 1. Is there a button or feature that allows you to scroll between all playing clip? So that, in the above situation, I can hit this button until I'm now seeing the clip I wish to loop?
Thanks, hope that makes sense. There also may be a way to completely get around this issue that I'm unaware about, but again, I'm new to Live.
Can you scroll through playing clips?

Re: Can you scroll through playing clips?
Yeah I know what you mean, but short answer is no.
You've gotta get yer head around it
You can muck about in live, that's the beauty as you know, but when it comes to selection, you'll have to comit eventually to what you wan't to hear, so I guess just jump in and select a few likely candidates first.
However, to be able to audition clips with headphones (Unheared) without the sound reaching the speakers would be a nice feautre of live but I think it's really down to your routing of lives output across the set, depending on your soundcard, you maybe able to do it some clever choices in this regard.
My soundcard has no dedicated chanel for headphones, so I simply can't tell, more exspensive ones probably do.
Thumbs up !!
