MIDI File Loading Problem

I have a 50kb midi file that has 7 tracks. When I load it into Reason it properly displays all 7 tracks. When I load it into Ableton Live it is a giant smear of all of the notes into just the first Track 0.

If you would like me to provide this file I can email it if you could get a chance to look at it.

Just as an FYI it won't display as individual tracks in Acid either.
