Lock Spectrum to second window

Enable you to lock a full screen version of Spectrum to a second window.

You should be able to insert Spectrum as the last plugin on your master channel and keep it visable at all times on either a window OR instead of the clips in session view!

Actually, being able to lock any part of Live's UI onto any of the windows would be rad.
