Asymmetrical 4 band EQ?

I have made a 4 band eq with (2) EQ 8's and a Macro. As of right now the Macro goes from -15db to +15db, which is great for cutting frequencies, but using it to boost frequencies is a little impractical. Is it possible to get the Macro to do a -15db to say a +2 or +3 and still have 0db at unity (or 64 on the midi scale)? I have tried multiple things but havent been able to get it to work. Anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this, if its even possible? Thanks a lot
