help chopping drum breaks to add to sampler instrument

I was recently made aware of ill.gates genius use of the sampler instrument (http://vimeo.com/10599396) for extremely fast and easy drum programming. If anyone else is aware of this way to program their sample libraries can you please tell me the easiest way to chop drum breaks so that only the snares are in the snare sampler instance and the kicks only in the kick sampler instance and etc.

If its cool will anyone express to to me how they gather and use their sample libraries in Ableton's sampler?

Take a look at this drum sample library. You'll have to just organize them yourself into sampler patches.
