VSTs hidden behind taskbar

For some reason Live has decided to randomly move my vst windows behind my taskbar. It's so annoying! Sometimes it rectifies itself but most of the time I have no further controll over that vst. I can see the toolbar of the vst (because my taskbar is semi-transparent) but I can't drag it up because it's behind my taskbar. Help

where is your task bar positioned? at the top?
only reason i ask is i have that every now and then, but i just unlock the taskbar and move it, or make the taskbar dissapear {auto hide taskbar)
either position, you should just make it auto hide and nothing will get trapped behind it.

Right click the taskbar.........tick the box for "auto-hide task bar" click apply then OK
