Max F Live demo, wont show up in ableton??

hey wondering if i could get some clarification on why i cant use a max for live demo??

i have ableton 8.2.2 live (not suite) educational version....

when i download a 30 day trial from ableton for max for live it simply doesnt show up in ableton, even after re-authorization....

the standalong version of max/runtime works fine...

i really want to test it out before i buy and i cant??
