does the master bpm effect the key of a song?

Post by djdanjr » Tue Apr 19, 2011 4:28 pm

hi there im new to this forum and new to ableton, i was wondering if ableton has a master tempo like the pioneer cdj 1000s, by this i mean can you keep the original key of a track while speeding up/down abletons master tempo, the reason i ask is that i mix in key a lot,
could someone please help me with this thank you.
