Hey everybody,
I'm just wondering why (and this seems to happen very randomly) when I'm drawing in midi notes (not in draw/pencil mode) the notes are always being drawn in at such a low velocity. Instead of each note I drop in being placed at 100% velocity like it should, it ends up being as low as 60 or so and I have to re-draw the velocity.
I've had this problem before, but I can't remember exactly how i fixed it. So my question is: how do I get the notes I draw in to automatically be set at 100% velocity?
Thanks everyone!

Re: Problem with velocity when drawing in notes?
If you have one note selected, then the next note you create with a double-click will take on the same velocity as the selected one. So, paint on in, set its velocity to 100, leave it selected, then paint in more. If when you create a note with a double-click, you hold the mouse down on the second click, you can scroll the mouse up and down to set the velocity as part of the note-creation rather than a separate step.

Re: Problem with velocity when drawing in notes?
The default velocity in the sequencer is linked to the velocity that is used when you play notes with the computer keyboard. It can be adjusted using C and V.
You probably hit C a few times without intending to.
