anyone having problems with new Tiger AUs?

AUPitch costs around 50%, and any project
saved with it on a track will crash live 4.1.4...
i can get back in (by turning off the AU folder)
and deleting it before restoring the AU folder;
first problem I've had with a native apple plug
in live... and i updated tiger to .1, same deal...
AUPitch sounds crazy, but crashy not so good..

I've heard that some of the new AUs won't
show up in Live(for now). Maybe this is
supposed to be one of them!

Afaik the pitch AU should show up and be used normally in Live. The reason why other new AUs dont show up in apps like Live is because they are of a third type, "AU Generators", which is not widely supported yet.

i have no suggestions for AU pitch crashing though. i had to ignore it altogether since it ate my poor ibook alive when turned on. really crazy cpu consumption with this one.

my problem with apple AUs in tiger is that MatrixrReverb eats cpu even when turned OFF. and i dont mean a little, but just the same amount as when its ON, also when Live's not even playing. This also happens in apples AUlab, so its not a Live issue. Anybody else with the same experience? im pretty sure it was not like that in Panther.
