midi out module that can save and send midi program changes

Hi,
I would like to control external hardware processors and recall their algorithms via Live.
Is there a module that can allow me to do it ?

In Live program changes can only be associated with midi clips. When launching the clip it sends the corresponding message.

However, with MaxForLive you could build a module to save and send program changes independent from clips.
