tiger and 10.4.1 live is creating a mounted file..

... it looks the same than activating a *.dmg file,

i always have to unmount it on my desktop

I had that once. In my case it was because i had put the live icon in the dock that was on the dmg. So every time i launched Live. it opened that dmg.

i 've unpacked the zip, mounted the the dmg and copied live in programsfolder.

after that i was replacing the the icon in the doc with the new one.

so it seems to be the standart procedure.
