Ableton loosing timing of wavs /sync issues

Weird one this...

Ableton live suite 8.2.1

Whilst the main track is playing in clip view I go to preview wav samples and they all play out of sync even though the raw button is not selected.

It just started happening randomly after working perfectly for a few hours.

Also having issues with the syncing of scenes.

Normally when you swap from one scene to another the triangle will flash for a moment and then the scene swap seamlessly without disrupting audio.
The issue I have is this: When I press play the scene plays immediately, regardless of what is playing causing a skip type sound unless i try to time it perfectly which isn't practical. Ableton does not force me to wait some time as per normal and then seamlessly play the next scene in time. It was working perfectly, and then it just stopped working. I did not change any settings what so ever (knowingly)

I opened a new project and loaded the same samples again and the syncing worked again perfectly. The problem was that after some time the sync issue came back, makes me think it was not me changing a setting by mistake.

What have I done? or is this a bug? How do I search for software updates?

Anyone had this problem?

The scene playing issue sounds like your quantisation settings are wrong. You can search for software updates from the Help menu.

+1 here. I'm working with a pretty complex scene of cues and wavefiles NOT warped, and after some time i lost syncing between transport and playback.

EDIT: ok, just figured it out: Accidently changed the time signature to 4/1 Never do that
