NEWBIE - HOW TO CREATE CLIPS & Different tempos within CLIPS

hey there, i'm a newbie in ableton Live , to be precise i use Ableton live 8. i produce with wit fl studio nd logic some hardwares.
i have a gig in a month and iwant to create a live set with ma beats and stuff on ableton

i figured out how to warp audiofiles nd stuff
but i cant get figure out how to individualize my clips thru tempo nd stuff


by the way i make hip hop music with a touch of electronic music sometimes

Are you saying that you want to be able to switch up the tempo quickly, when a clip is launched?

Or that you have a clip, that has more than one tempo within it, and you want the set to change tempo in accordance with the tempo changes that are happening in the clip??

a clip with more than one tempo within it for e.g. drumloops 98bpm & leads 92 bpm.
ableton seems to a little complex, maybe because im used to work with reason fl & logic most time.
so ijust dont get it that quick

could u write me a small way to set up session mode?

If you have something that says Drumloops, 98 and Leads 92, that sounds like more than one clip????


In session view, you should just be able to drag your clips in, and hit play, and if the clips are cropped properly, they will sync up.

If not, you have to learn how to look the clips over and warp them to taste.
