Hello, all-
I'm very new to Ableton Live- and DAWs in general, so I am in the process of learning what this software can do. I just got Ableton Intro last week, installed it successfully, and have been browsing through its libraries checking out the sounds.
I ran into a puzzling problem in one of the Construction Kits, "Transit Hold". The "Space Pad" sound cuts out horribly, and my CPU indicator in the upper right shows it overdriving at over 107%. This is odd, because I'm running it on a very robust 2.2GHZ quad-core machine with 6GB of RAM, so this should not be an issue.
My question to you all is: How do I turn that down? Can I? Is there something somewhere I can adjust? (I messed with the level sliders, to no avail- it still sounded like crap.) It's just this one clip column doing it- everything else is fine (I troubleshot the silly thing thoroughly!)
Thank you for your time- I'm sure I'll have more head-scratchers, and once I get checked out on this software, I can pitch in to solve some, too.
