i have a problem with m4l-devices that are synced to hosttempo like stepsequencers or lfo´s.
for example ml-px-18-sequencer stops after some time although ableton live is still running. after a few seconds
it restarts again and runs in sync.....
this happens with all synced m4l-devices.

Re: sync problem m4l
it seems to get worse when I have more than one step sequencer running-E.G. I have one instance of the step sequencer included with M4L triggering drums, and one instance of the ML-185 sequencer running- with just the Step Sequencer it can go for 2 minutes or so without dropping out, but with the second sequencer it seems to drop out around every 30 seconds- Live keeps playing as usual, but the really funny thing is both sequencers stop playing at the same time when the drop-out occurs- which would indicate to me that I have some kind of problem with my Live/M4L rather than it being problems with the individual sequencers themselves.. any ideas anyone?
Re: sync problem m4l
I'm experiencing the same problem with a step sequencer I am building. When Live is looping in the arrangement view my sequencer will suddenly stop and stand still for one or two rounds and then it will start again. I can also restart it by manually reactivating the metro object with a button in the interface. If I run the patch only within the Max for live development environment, or if Live is not looping, then everything runs smoothly.
I haven't tried running the sequencer in the session view yet or using any other m4l sequencer, meaning I cannot totally rule out that there is something wrong with own programming...
