Newbie question - effects return

Hello

Really a question from total beginner. I got a synth + reverb effect on the same channel. The idea is to listen only the effect of reverb from this channel ? How to achieve this ? I search for videos on youtube but no success. Please help ?

your topic implies you are using a send/return to add the reverb. but the post implies the reverb is on the same track as the synth. Which is it?

I have synth and reverb effect on the same channel. The idea is to hear only the reverb of the synth.
