Euclidean Midi generator

There were some posts recently about Wouter Hisschemöller's Euclidean patterns Live Set. These were a bunch of Midi patterns in interesting odd time signatures.

He's duplicated this in a stand alone Java and Mac application that is very interactive and sends out Midi.

And it's free!

I'm having no luck getting this to talk to a midi track in Live.
Live is seeing it and i get the MIDI in box up in the top right hand corner flashing,
but i get nothing when i assign the IAC-bus to an actual midi track?
Any tips?

Same problem here.

With the exception, that I don't even get MIDI in box flashing.

EDIT: MIDI in box flashes indeed, but no MIDI information transmitted to actual MIDI channel.

Try rebooting your MBP. It seems like IAC to establish itself needs it. Mine was off line and just turning it on line wasn't apparently enough. Now, after rebooting, this actually works.

A re-boot solved the problem.

I see you both had 10.5.8. I'm on 10.6.6 and as soon as I enabled IAC in Live's prefs, it started working.

I have 10.6.X laying on my desk for months now, but I guess that doesn't count. Anyhow, are you able to send MIDI into MIDI seq 001 as well? And furthermore: are you able to assign it to a controller?
