Where is MAX????

Hi there i have just installed MAX trial in my Suite but in the instruments folder doesn't appears.
I have re authorized live,but nothing happens..
Any sugg.??

yes it is simple.

download max/msp 5.1.8, install it, once it's done open ableton and it should install max packages

IF max is already installed go there : programs > cycling74 > Max5 > support > Livepacks

then double-clic MaxForLiveContent.alp [or drag it into live8 window]

Simple question... max4live is included in ableton 8 suite?
i have upgraded today from live 8 to live suite (now i'm at work...and my mac is at home)

I would say no but yes!

Go for trial mode during 30days and you will have max4live available, the only way to have m4l content is to install max/msp 5.1.8 like I said in my previous post.

The answer is: you cant get M4L without MAX

But Max for Live is not a part of that sale, though. I guess it's considered an expansion, not an upgrade.

indeed
