Unresponsive MPD 24 pad

The bottom, right pad on my MPD has decided to jus give up and is completely unresponive, i.e. there is no change on the MPD blue screen when PAD is triggered.

What can be done?!?! :(

Is there a relativly easy way to replace pads or some miraclious fix???

Or is it simply done in?
