Guitar signal is coming through wet AND dry (guitar rig)

Post by Orion Satori » Wed Jun 08, 2011 5:50 am

This is weird. Live 8.2 + NI Guitar Rig 4 pro. I can hear my dry/clean guitar signal coming through at the same time as the wet signal being processed through guitar rig. When I bypass guitar rig, I still hear just the dry signal. What's going on?

Do you have direct monitoring enabled on your interface?
Or perhaps there is another track set to "in" from the same channel that your guitar is plugged in to?

Those seem like the most likely reasons...
Live 7.0.18 | Axiom 61 | Launchpad | Homous | Nanokontrol | Saffire 6 | Ibanez Jazzmaster Bass | Biscuits
Soundcloud (solo stuff) | One Gear Go (my band)

If you are on Windows, make sure all your inputs are muted in the Windows sound preferences.
'If they act too hip, you know they can’t play shit.'
