Silly Newbie Question

I accidentally lost my top toolbar (file/view etc) and cannot find any way to reinstate it, can anyone help please?

Try <f11> to toggle full screen mode.

..also when you're in fullscreen mode there's a tiny arrow in the bottom right corner. click that.
