In Session LIVE ,Wich is the fast way to convert Midi clip in Audio clip?

Using Live's sophisticated routing mechanism you can channel the audio from the midi channel to an audio channel and record the result into an audio clip. Or you could drag the midi clip from the session into the arranger and render the length of midi to an audio file and drag the audio file back into the session view from the file browser.
