hi guys, im looking for a quick way to remove samples from the time line to shorten track length.
when listening back to a track im working on i decided that one section was 4 bars too long and needed to be removed. i decided to highlight the entire track post edit and cut it from the timeline. then delete the section i wanted to remove and pasted my original cut, back into the time line.
is there a faster way of doing this?
the ability for it to be as simple as an excel spreadsheed would be nice. highlight, right click, delete column easy. lol.
any help would be great, thanks.

It's called "delete time"
It's up in the menus but there's a shortcut too. I think it's ctrl shift del

Or select the time you need with the loop brace, then right click on the loop brace for options...Angstrom wrote:It's called "delete time"
