After I am done recording a song and it is all arranged in clip view, sometimes I want to record a midi event on top of it while it is playing, and other times I do not, I just want to play the effect in real time without recording it. I've done both, I'm just not 100% sure on how I did.
If global record is on, and OVR is enabled, will it record the midi events, and as long as both are off, any midi action I do shouldn't be automated, correct?
