Why is there no "32" in the Midi control envelopes list?

Why is there no "32" in the Midi control envelopes list?

There is probably a real simple answer to this, and I'm just clueless and google isn't helping any...

I have Live 8.2.2:
In a clip, to draw in automations, there is no number 32. It skips from 31 to 33. I never noticed this, but I just started midi mapping everything for automation and I noticed it.

Is this some kind of legacy thing from midi?
