Waves Renaissance Compressor not working in L8

I think the title says it all.... this is on a macpro running leopard 10.5.7. Can anyone confirm this or offer any help?

can confirm this also... but is nothing new. I think it was doing the same thing in L7.

only the Audio Unit doesn't work.

no problem with VST.

Well that totally sucks. Mine isnt working either with ableton live. Works with soundgrid and multirack of course... I think I will call up waves tech support to see what the heck is the problem.. I cant get it out of bypass mode, at least thats how it acts.
