Crashes when I work with the Nerve of xfer!

Hi guys (and girls), can someone help me?
I like to work with the Nerve of xfer (Version 1.01 beta), but unfortunately there are always problems with Ableton Live and the Nerve!
When I work in Ableton with the Nerve and wants to save the Ableton Live set, Ableton shuts down (crashed)!
I had the problems on my older computer with Windows XP also on my new computer with Windows 7 (64 bit).
Do any of you have similar problems with the Nerve and Ableton (I've heard that there are no problems with Cubase!)?

you need to put the Nerve Data folder in the same directory of the VST/AU to get it to work. It crashed probably because it is looking for that directory to load the default configs, and/or to verify the license. Hope this helps
