Installing NI Massive Presets MAC?

I downloaded a free patch collection of .ksd files for Native Instruments Massive, and every time I try to open up one of the .ksd files I downloaded, massive and live both crash. Any ideas on what I can do to stop this? I'd REALLY like to be able to use these presets, thank you!

I'm running on a brand new Macbook Pro.

Is your copy of Massive legit and if so is it updated?

If it's not updated to the current version .ksd will crash it
