Free effect plugin for slowing down tempo

I'm looking for a free plugin effect that allows you to slow down the song - kinda like a really slow tape stop effect or vinyl stop effect. Any ideas?

I've got tape stop - it's good, but I'm actually looking for something that will slow the song down gradually. Any more ideas? I've searched the net but can't find much.

I believe you can automate tempo within Live itself, setting min and max values. It can also be done in the arrangenment view.

right! and you need re-pitch warp mode to get the tape effect.
so you might have to re-sample your entire song, and then cut the part you wanna slow down, and set it to re-pitch (and then automate the master tempo)
