It doesn't seem to be available in Germany yet. But I would like to know when or if it works flawlessly with live 8.2.1 and NI Komplete 6 before I get the update.

If you care about pro audio apps working on your computer, wait at least 3-6 months before a major OS upgrade. What's the hurry anyway? I usually wait until there is a critical mass of announcements from the developers of apps and plug-ins I use.
If you just can't wait. Create another boot drive and test it out there until you are ready for a real upgrade.
