No Dropping Samples Folder?

Hey, I have Ableton Live 8 and I've been wanting to make a Drum Rack default that has a Simpler volume of 0 instead of -12. I've read tutorials on how to do it, but my problem is I don't have a "Dropping Samples" folder in my Library! I don't know if I accidently deleted it at some point or what. I tried making a Library/Defaults/Dropping Samples/On Drum Rack folder and dragging Simpler in there, but it was to no avail. Any ideas?

Mhh, the path seems right, but you have to save a preset with your adjustments of simpler and then you have to drag this preset to the proper folder, not the simpler itself.
