RUN TIME ERROR R6034 AFTER INSTALLING ABLETON LIVE 8.1.5

First the error appeared after installing Version 8.1.6B downloaded and installed from Serato Scratch Live website. This happens when I run the app and it loads VST. It claimed some program was trying to load a wrong C Run Time Library incorrectly. I also have programs like Platinum Notes and Mixed-In-Keys installed. Please help fast.

what happens when you install a somewhat recent version like 8.2.x ?
