I really don't like the way third party plugins work in Live

It's impossible to use the same settings for a plugin in Live that I use in Cubase. Live is the one that's screwed up, because the reverb plugin (KR Reverb) that I use is waaaaay over powering in Live. The delay (GDuckDly) is underwhelming and I can hardly hear it at all when it's totally cranked. It seems to only get loud when I hit stop. This is pretty frustrating.
