Midi scale locking

How easy would this be to do? Have the option to choose what scale your song is in, so when you write in MIDI notes it won't let you put notes in out of the scale you selected.

As easy as putting a Scale plugin on each MIDI Track?

it exist > midi effects > scale.
you put the little checkboxes on the matrix so it matches the scale you want...
