I give up how do i get a line tool! :) for midi volumes

to draw a steady volume increase?
"Plugin Delay compensation -PDC WARNING - Ableton Live 9 does not sequence all information correctly in time"
The bigger the project the more out of time it will be.

Try ctrl+b. Or the pencil tool up top.

To draw a velocity ramp, select the notes you want to affect, and, without switching to pencil mode, press and hold ctrl while you draw a line in the velocity area of the clip.

sorry for the late reply

  • select all notes or CTRL+A
  • PENCIL OFF
  • CTRL ON
  • then drag the velocity area (not clicking on a note velocity bar)
