I have Akai MPK25 and ZoomH4n, which function perfectly. The problem I have is that they are connected throu USB to my Laptop (which means to my internal sound card, which is definately not for recording music). That's why I have about 0.5 second latency, which is too much.
I am aware that I need some type of audio-interface/soundcard, but what should I choose? I went to a music shop and asked, but I think the guys there didn't really help me.
Second questions: As I am with only USB inputs, if I buy an external usb soundcard, wouldn't be there also latency through it?
