If you want an inexpensive laser printer, the HP P1102w is $99 at online stores (and some retail stores if you catch it on sale) and is Air Print compatible after a firmware upgrade. If you get this one, I suggest calling HP tech support right away and have them take you through the setup. I discovered it helped to set it up with a static IP. Whenever the printer is powered down, it does not come back on the network without a router/modem power cycle. At least that's how it worked for me.

I'm up and running! Tried it once before and it wouldn't work after the initial test page but I was using PrintCentral. Cheers!

The print quality is so-so, compared with my main printer, but I won't be printing anything crucial from my iPads anyway.
