Vst for opera-esque voices

I'm looking for a VST or something similar for Mac that I can use to make vocals that you'd hear in an opera, both male and female. The closest thing I could find in Ableton is synthetic voices which to me, sound like shat.

Yeah that sounds really good but I'm not about to drop a grand on it.
