I believe I have to turn it to audio? But I'm not quite sure.
Even when one of my midi clips end, the reverbs, echoes etc still continue. How to stop them with the clip?

Do you have your reverb set up on the same channel or is it set up as an FX send?
If you have it set up as a send, I'd automate your effects sends so they shut off when the sample stops.
If you have it set up on the same track, I'd automate either the on/off button or the wet/dry knob so it shuts off when your sample is over.
I haven't tried this but you may also be able to set up a gate that's sidechained by your sample and will turn the reverb off when the same end. It would prevent you from having to automate if it works.
