ok so i have this piano loop im fooling around with and when i scroll through some of my drums on my 1/16 preview setting it makes some great patterns. i was wondering if there is any way to record what im previewing onto audio. does anyone know?

Not directly, but if you have multiple ins and outs on your soundcard I imagine you could dedicate a couple of outputs as your cue output, which I believe the preview plays through by default.

Then you could plug those outputs into a couple more inputs, and make a new track in Live to record from them.

There might be feedback problems so be careful, but maybe something like this'd work for you?
